Got some Protein Whey at Kroger today

Chocolate flavored and it was actually good! I forgot and just grabbed the 1% milk instead of the skim, but it didn't hurt me. Like a nice thick milkshake.

YUMMY! And 10Xs cheaper then what is at GNC.

I may have to try that. I've been buying mine at Walmart - vanilla - and putting it in my smoothies.
