Children - 3 sons. Their ages change every year so I hesitate to put the ages. As of today, one is 11 (12 in about a month), one is 9 and one is 5.

Well, unless no news is good news then - nope. Actually, the fact that we haven't heard anything yet could be a good sign. The stuff was due on the 18th and it's now the 30th and we've heard nothing yet. Last time we heard in less than a week. Hopefully, she's taking her time and reading it this time and if that's the case - then that's a really good sign. Thanks so much for asking! You're trial is coming up soon isn't it? End of June, right? It'll be here before you know it. I do hope that yours ends a bunch quicker than our is. :)

I am praying that no news is good news! I know it would be a HUGE relief to have everything over and done with. Our date was supposed to be June 27, but I received an email from our attorney today about changing the date. The attorney for the other side needs to change the date for personal reasons, so we are getting pushed back some more. Ours will now be rescheduled for sometime between July 7 and August 13.

Please KUP on your situation.

Connie, my son's b-day is July 8th. They are very close! My son's due date was actually July 3rd!

My son just said this afternoon that he was getting excited about his b-day coming up.

Oh Janice. ((((hugs)))) YUCK! I so hate how the dates get moved back and moved back and each new thing that happens takes another two months of waiting. I never knew that legal stuff was like this before! I'm sorry that you have to wait even longer. :(

I pray that it doesn't get delayed again and that you are able to have your trial this summer and win and have it all over with!
