we have our first every school meeting labeled for IEP purposes on Jan 8th

OK so this is the 2nd state we are in and the furthest we have got. We have our first meeting for IEP on Jan 8th. Of course it has to be right smack in the middle of dd's nap time so I will call and see if it can be changed. UGH Plus that is when I work from home now.

Get a babysitter and go to the meeting as scheduled. You don't want to bring the little one anyway, you want to have your full undivided attention on the meeting. You might consider taping it as well so you can refer to it. You have to tell them you are taping legally but I don't think they can stop you from doing it.

That was my thought for keeping it at 130. I put dd down at 12pm and she very rarely gets up before 330pm so as long as the meeting didn't go over 2 hours someone could just sit in the house. I know one family in the sub who has a highschool daughter that hs so I could ask her. I just rarely see the mom anymore at the bus stop and don't know her past that KWIM.
