I met with the Christian Education Board today to discuss VBS this summer. I had my top two options, "God's Big Back Yard", which I love because of the focus on service and just all the opportunities to do some great things in the community that week, and "Veggie Tales: THe Pirates Who Didn't Do Anything", I will admit, this was my first choice, but more because of the movie being such a big deal right now and we really want VBS to be an outreach to get kids who would not normally to come, I really think this would work, plus hopefully by the time we do VBS it will be out on DVD and we can have our kick off night by showing the movie. Well the CE Board agreed with me and I get to do Veggie Tales!!! Yeah!!!:clap::dance2: They even upped my budget by $100 because they are as excited it about it as I am. God is so good!!!!!:dance2::dance2::dance2::clap::clap:
