Great movie. It was slow getting started and i thought i was going to be disappointed.
It was moving and reminded us the that nothing is impossible for God. Not just "God", but Jesus was mentioned and His sacrifice on the cross. i would recomment it to everyone.
anyone else have any thoughts?

I thought it was a great movie. I didn't know it was a christian movie until we sat down and watched it. DH brought it home and I thought UGH another football movie, but it was really good.

EXCELLENT movie... I can't say enough good about this movie! And it gets better the 2nd time you watch cause you 'catch' more!!

Fly Wheel is another movie made by the same bunch of people (before Facing the Giants) and it is very good as well! Loved them both!

Okay, I have to give our confession on facing the giants. DH and I watched it and loved it...then we went to a friends house and watched again...they nearly went crazy when Mark Rick came in the locker room at the championship game...we had no idea he was the Georgia coach...we wondered why everyone reacted in the theater during that scene. We were totally clueless! The really sad thing is we are from Georgia!!

I saw the movie too!!! We all enjoyed it from my 4yr old to us!!
Great family movie!!!

We loved this movie! Very cool message. The acting was so so, but it just wins you over. Very sweet..:clap:

what did he do in the movie? Did he appear as "himself", or was he an actor from that church, or ...???
