This is a book written in the early 1900's but it is still relevant for today. It's a neat fiction story following a woman through life via her journal entries. I loved it. I learned so much from it! It's amazing how similar the issues then and now are for a woman. I would recommend this for every young woman, and in fact every Christian woman.

I've started this book and it is very sweet. I see a lot of my own frailties in reading it.

Me too! I was amazed by how similar my worries and concerns are to hers even if they are fictional. Plus I loved the look into life as a wife and mom in the early 1900's. :)

Excellent book. CBD has the paperback farily cheap, and I've purchased several copies that I use for gifts...
