This is a Chicago based magazine. It's a freebie for us Chicagoans. (Chicago Parent is the parent magazine - it's a wonderful resource.) I picked up a copy of Special Parent today at the Dr's office. Wonderful articles! Most of the resources are for the Chicagoland area - but I'm sure you could find something helpful there.
