Question about sour cream...

how long does it last opened in the fridge? I think it's been open about two weeks....could I still use it and how would I know if it's no good?

I have used it after the expiration date as long as it still looked right. It should still be white and creamy and smell normal.

I store it in the very back of my refrigerator - it lasts longer back there b/c it keeps it colder.

Yep us too. Most of the time though we go thru sour cream quickly. I love sour cream
