Baby doll clothes patterns

I was thinking of making some clothes for my girls baby dolls for Christmas. I really need a pattern, though, are there any free online? Or do I have to buy them? I think they are about 16-18 inches from top of head to bottom of feet. Not sure I will have the patience for it, but I will try! Any other ideas for my little girlies or my son?

If you can't find any online, try books from the library. My mom made all of our barbie and doll clothes when we were kids. I'm sure there has to be something out there.:hmm:
