I have a quart of it and would love to use it up. Any ideas for what I can make with it for easy and cheap teacher gifts?

We made herb gardens in MOPS last year. Buy terracotta (because they're porous) pots, paint the outside with the paint. Follow the directions on the can. Then write "basil, cilantro" etc on the "chalkboard". Chalkboard paint is supposed to be pourous, but don't drench them. I did notice the paint bubbled a little on the one my 4 year ol WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY overwatered. We used 3 4-inch pots and a round saucer. Cheap. People used them for teacher gifts.

You could probably find a good deal on pots now. You could also write "Thanks Teacher" or "Merry Christmas" or trace your kids hand on it...whatever you wanted on it, then buy those small pointsettas at Christmas time to put in it. (Or put a bag of homemade goodies, or a mix, etc in the pot). The teacher could reuse the pot.

and put a frame around it like a chalkboard. Put a string hanger on the back and make a little sign for her. Include a piece of chalk. She could use it as a note maker or list maker.
