I am still exercising even though I don't post often. I am now up to being able to do 25 minutes on the eliptical. That is a personal record for me.
Today I did 30 day shred. I have been getting frustrated because ever since my hydrothermal ablation, my wieght is creeping up even though I had maintained for a over a year. I am up almost 5 lbs from where I was before the ablation. I am not giving up, just frustrated.

Yay for being able to go so long on the elliptical!
Sorry for the frustration about the loss, though. I understand being frustrated with not losing. ![]() I did Week 1 Day 1 of coolrunning.com's running plan. I wish I had time to run and walk longer but I was running late for the orthodontist. Calories are a bit low so far today so I need to eat some more. I'll enter my total calories for the day at the end of the day or in the morning.

1226 calories for the day - 26 over goal but I don't think it will kill me.
The doctor recommended 1200 calories a day but he said I could eat more if I'm also exercising (and I am). I found something online that says I should eat more like 1435 calories according to my height and weight. How is everyone else doing?

I lost one pound over the last month. I'm hoping to get back into my exercise routine next week, once I have the old house finished off.
